When our client needs help to find an employee for permanent employment, the client pays a one-off fee for us to handle the recruitment process from start to finish. This ensures a trouble-free experience where we take care of everything, from identifying the right candidates to presenting the best match.
Based on the client’s specific requirements for the employee, including both social and professional competences, we initiate our structured ASIPO process. This methodical approach ensures we deliver high-quality results, saving time and resources for our clients.

The process begins with an in-depth interview with the company’s representative to ensure we fully understand the organization and its needs. This step allows us to gain insight into the company’s culture, goals, and expectations, creating a solid foundation for finding the right candidate.
This thorough analysis ensures that every aspect of the job and the company is considered when sourcing potential candidates.
Before we begin the screening process of incoming job applications, we spend time to understand the job role and the requested needs for professional and social competences.
To begin with, we look at the mandatory fields (the need-to-have). Afterward, we scan for preferred fields (the nice-to-have).
The interview will clarify the candidate’s suitability for the job position. We evaluate the candidate in three steps.
First, we make an overall rating based on the impression of the person to evaluate if they are qualified or disqualified for the position.
Second, we rate the candidate based on the job position requirements.
Third, the detailed rating involves in-depth characterizations to see how the candidates match the organization, the team, and if they are ready to relocate if needed, and the reason hereof.
When we have selected the most suitable candidates, we prepare a detailed and professional CV that highlights how they meet the job match requirements.
This includes key skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the role.
Additionally, we provide an evaluation report and a concise front-page summary, giving the client a clear overview of each candidate’s strengths and potential fit for the position.
When the client has selected the profile that matches the requirements best, we inform the candidate.
The recruitment process is now over, and the client can start their onboarding process.
