ProAssign ApS recognizes our legal, moral, and commercial need to respect internationally proclaimed human rights.

Not only do we honor our country’s national laws hereby, but we also contribute with voluntary initiatives.

ProAssign ApS does not cooperate with companies without ensuring that they comply with human rights guidelines, including that employees have the right to rest and leisure. Regarding this, we collect each customer’s guidelines and policies, enabling us to read them at any given time.

We must ensure a working environment that respects internationally proclaimed human rights. Suppliers and customers must seek to minimize and manage workplace incidents and accidents and provide necessary safety and protective equipment.


ProAssign ApS cares deeply about people’s well-being, and we need to be a company that constantly focuses on guaranteeing a good working environment for ourselves, our employees, and the rest of our supply chain. To achieve this, we combine competences with superior performance and a good community, professionally as well as socially.

As an office company, we do not have much influence on the environment as we do not have production, raw materials, or machines. But we are still committed to making environmental efforts where it is possible.

Esbjerg has a goal of reaching carbon neutrality (net zero emissions) by the year 2030, which we will contribute to by preventing pollution (P2) at our facilities.

Although we cannot make many efforts for the environment ourselves, we cooperate with companies (our customers) that do so. In the energy industry, there are many areas in which companies can make environmental changes, and ProAssign ApS is proud of having our employees working for those customers. The companies have developed a structured management policy for environmental risks and challenges and are experienced in protecting the environment at every level of the organization.

Unfair competition: We must refrain from any form of unfair competition under applicable competition law, both alone and jointly with other companies or individuals. with any relationship with us.

Corruption or extortion: We must not give, accept, or be involved in corruption or bribery when working for or with us.

Financial crime: We may not enter schemes that give rise to us becoming directly or indirectly involved in financial crime, including money laundering, terrorism, tax evasion, etc.
