ProAssign ApS has two processes as part of our manning & competence services. A process for personal to our contracting contracts and another one for personal to our recruiting contracts.
These processes are named SIPOS (the contracting process) and ASIPO (the recruiting process).
The SIPOS process and the ASIPO process have several identical steps in the process. The difference comes from what the client is searching for (contracting or recruitment), of which the beginning and the ending process is different.
