When our client needs a skilled employee for a time-limited period, our SIPOS process offers a seamless and structured solution. By handling the contracting process from start to finish, we ensure a trouble-free experience where the right talent is matched to the client’s needs.
Based on the client’s specific requirements, including both social and professional competences, we initiate our proven SIPOS process. This systematic approach delivers efficient and high-quality results, allowing clients to focus on their core business activities.
The SIPOS process includes five key steps

We review applications to identify candidates who meet the client’s mandatory qualifications and desired competences.
Interviews are conducted to evaluate candidates’ suitability for the role, focusing on professional skills, social fit, and adaptability.
The most suitable candidates are presented with detailed profiles and evaluations, giving the client a clear basis for decision-making.
Once the client has chosen a candidate, we support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
Our involvement doesn’t end after onboarding. We provide follow-up services to ensure the candidate continues to meet expectations and adapts well to the role.
Screening applications
Before starting the screening process for incoming job applications, we thoroughly review the job role and the required professional and social competences.
We first focus on the essential qualifications (the must-haves) and then evaluate the desirable traits (the nice-to-haves) to identify the most suitable candidates.
Interviews with candidates
The interview process is designed to determine whether the candidate is a good fit for the role. This evaluation is conducted in three stages:
First, we assess the candidate with an initial overall impression to decide if they meet the basic criteria for the position.
Second, we evaluate their qualifications against the specific requirements of the job.
Finally, we conduct a detailed analysis, considering factors such as compatibility with the organization and team, as well as their willingness and ability to relocate if necessary.
Presenting the top profiles
Once the most suitable candidates have been identified, we create a comprehensive CV that emphasizes their alignment with the job requirements. This includes an overview of their skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
Additionally, we compile an evaluation report and a clear front-page summary to provide the client with an easy-to-digest presentation of each candidate’s strengths and suitability for the role.
Onboarding the selected candidate
After the candidates have been selected, the onboarding process starts. Onboarding is one of the most fundamental steps to success, and we are very focused on providing the best onboarding possible.
FAST-TRACK CERTIFIED
In 2022 we became Fast-track certified by the Danish Ministry of Immigration and Integration. We do not only find competences in Denmark, but also abroad, and with this certificate, it is both easy as well as fast to get the employee into Denmark.
The fast-track certification makes it easier and faster for our company to recruit employees from abroad. If the employee is qualified, he/she can get a flexible job start in the company.

Work visa, Danish ID, tax registration, health insurance, etc.

Stay-on support
